(Learn how and when to remove this template message) Allegations of antisemitism in the UK Labour Party have been made since Jeremy Corbyn was elected as Labour Party leader in September 2015, particularly after comments by Naz Shah and Ken Livingstone in 2016 resulted in their suspension from membership pending investigation.[1] Shah was subsequently reinstated while Livingstone resigned. The allegations prompted Corbyn to establish the Chakrabarti Inquiry in 2016 to investigate antisemitism in the Labour Party.
