1. SHRI GURU KUTTURESHWARA BUTTER DOSA HOTEL: Benne Dosa (Butter Dosa)

BENNE DOSA: Make batter by mixing grain, refined flour and ground lentils. Make pancake like structure around the wood fired griddle and add plenty of butter. Prepare until golden brown. Serve with potato mash, wet coconut chutney and dry coconut chutney.
