Find out what I like and dislike about it and whether I recommend it. I decided to get this bike because I exercise every day for optimal health and fitness. I usually jog every day but sometimes don't want to, if it's too hot or rainy outside. So I can use the exercise bike to substitute my jog when being outdoors is not ideal. Or late in the evening if I want to get a little more of a cardio workout. UPDATE TO THE REVIEW: The estimated calories burned I'm very skeptical of.
