Genetics has a lot to do with our appearance, but it doesn’t account for everything. In this video, I share with you my secrets for how to look younger. Some of these hacks for looking younger will work for both men and women and all are affordable and easy.

I have never had plastic surgery or fillers and I’ve never used expensive creams or spa treatments. I have, however, done the following in combination with more well-known anti-aging habits, which are: drink plenty of water, eat a healthy diet, drink alcohol in moderation, don’t do drugs, and stay out of the sun.
