Oats & Banana pancake recipe-

OATS- 1/2 cup
BUTTERMILK- 1/3rd cup
BANANA- 1 large ripe
CINNAMON POWDER- a pinch
BROWN SUGAR- 1 tablespoon
ORANGE RIND- 1/2 teaspoon (optional)
POMEGRANATE- for garnish
BUTTER- small amount
HONEY- 1 tablespoon

blend all ingredients until smooth mixture is formed, heat non stick pan, grease it lightly with butter, spread the batter, cook from both sides, garnish with banana slices, pomegranate seeds, orange rind, and drizzle some honey. gluten free healthy pancake is ready.
