Bifen LP is a .2% bifenthrin granular insecticide. This product is a pyrethroid that works by interfering with the insect’s nervous system.

Bifen LP controls many different species of insects, but we typically recommend it primarily for outdoor use to control ants, Chinch Bugs, and Fleas.

Bifen LP works best when you mow your lawn before application, so that the granules are as close to ground level as possible.

Bifen LP comes ready to use, no mixing required. Pour the product into a push granule spreader or a hand spreader and you’re ready to apply.

Apply Bifen LP at a rate of 1.15 to 4.6 pounds per 1,000 square feet, depending on your targeted pest. Apply Bifen LP in a similar pattern as you would mow your lawn, ensuring complete coverage. Once the product has been distributed evenly, water your lawn with half an inch of water to activate the product.
