The engine is the heart of an automobile. It is a complicated device constructed to convert the warmth from burning gases right into the forces that turn the wheels on the road. It consists of two primary parts. The heavy component near the bottom is the cyndrical tube block, which is the real estate for the major relocating parts of the engine. The cylindrical block supports pistons, crankshaft, connecting poles and oil pans. The detachable upper cylindrical head sustains the camshaft, webcam, exhaust and intake valves to open and shut as the air-fuel mixture enters the burning chamber. In most automobile engines, the explosive pressure of the air-fuel combination drives the piston. The pistons transform the crankshaft to which they are placed. The torque of the crankshaft creates the wheels of the auto to rotate.
