Craigslist Product Review – Hamilton Beach Single-Serve Blender with Travel Lid

I picked up this new Hamilton Beach Single-Serve Blender with Travel Lid (model: 51101B) today from a Craigslist merchant for $8. I decided to really put it to the test and stuff it full of leafy greens and frozen veggies. Let’s see how it does!

Smoothie Recipe:
2 cups kale
1 halved banana
3 strawberries
1 tbsp. ground flax seed
2 tbsp. chia seed
1 tsp. “The Fresh Market” blueberry blossom honey
1/2 cup of almond milk and water to desired texture/consistency
