It seems that Energy Drinks are still a big hit in 2018. Not only are they still a big thing, the demand seems to be growing! Anyone that knows anything about the supplement industry has seen the explosion of VPX BANG Energy Drink, and now it looks like other companies are following suit.

ProSupps is one of those companies, and they might just be the only supplement company that can truly give VPX Bang a run for their money. ProSupps made a name for themselves a few years ago with their high energy pre workout supplement HYDE. So what do you get when you combine a High Energy Supplement like HYDE with an Energy Drink? For starters we are seeing a full 350mg of Caffeine per can, which for those in the know, that’s 50mg more than their BANG competitor. In addition to the more aggressive caffeine, ProSupps Power Potion has included Teacrine, a popular compound solutions supplement ingredient. Teacrine is mostly noted for smoothing out the effects of caffeine and allegedly limiting any stimulant crash you might have. The only issue with Teacrine, is tradditionally it’s hard to flavor. As a matter of fact, we did a raw teacrine taste test here on the channel and it didn’t go so well.

Another interesting twist that ProSupps is taking on this Energy Drink is the flavor. They seem to have gone all in on the “SWEET” flavors with Hyde Power Potion. They did mention that future flavors may have a different sweet level, but the 3 main flavors that are currently released by ProSupps are VERY SWEET. According to CJ, they taste like crushed up candy! This makes sense because other ProSupps supplement reviews we’ve done have been on the aggressive end of flavoring as well!

At the end of the day, we are in ProSupps corner on this one and have no doubt they will kick some tail. Will they beat out VPX Bang? We’re very skeptical, and all of us here at PricePlow are still leaning towards BANG as our Numero Uno! But who knows what the future looks like, in the mean time we will keep our eyes open for ProSupps Hyde Power Potion updates.
