Between the holidays and getting the year kicked off with my other priorities delayed the shooting, editing, and upload of this video but you all knew this video was coming and I’ve been diligently working on getting this out 🙂

I previously worked out with a personal trainer at a specific gym franchise, and now I am part of a kickboxing program. I wanted to note this because where they take waist and hip measurements is different between these two gyms. This is why my measurements in this video will sound VERY different than in my previous uploads.
