My very highly requested Popflex review is finally here! Popflex is created by Cassey Ho, aka blogilates, one of the OG fitness YouTubers who I’m pretty sure everyone has done a video at home of hers at some point. I’ve wanted to try Popflex for a while now, but I’m glad I waited until now since Cassey has recently made many changes to the designs that I really love.
