How to Shampoo Automotive Carpet | Using Drill Brush Attachment

In this video we go over the simple way to shampoo your cars floor mats and carpeting without a steam cleaner or carpet extractor. Using the drill attachment brush ($10-12) in conjunction with our All Purpose Interior Cleaner makes easy work of cleaning this floor mat and removing some grease stains. This method also works great for a pre-clean step, prior to regular shampooing and steam cleaning on heavily stained or soiled carpeting.

Step 1: Vacuum floor mat to remove loose dirt and debris.
Step 2: Spray floor mat with Detroit Detail Products All Purpose Interior Cleaner. Saturate surface evenly.
Step 3: Shampoo carpet using drill brush. Work in side to side and up and down motion. Repeat steps 2 and 3 if needed.
Step 4: Wipe surface with clean and dry microfiber towel. Vacuum surface to remove any loose dirt and debris loosed from shampooing.
