I feel like I might come off as an ALR-Junkie… I have written a review of the Chain’d reaction, but as a result (and chain reaction?? LOL) I have started to try other products that ALR makes and Humapro was one recommended to me by an ALR rep guy.

I didn’t really know what it was before I started taking it. I thought it was some sort of protein replacement product that came in powder form (and also pills). But I have actually read about this stuff… it is the best protein matrix on the market today. When they say it is protein for humans, they aren’t joking. I noticed more muscle fullness, more strength (after a few weeks) and I actually got tighter… I had less chub in various areas of my body and less bloat. I cut out my whey protein shakes and used Humapro instead. I couldn’t believe how much water I didn’t hold after I stopped using the whey! I was really skeptical about this product, but I can tell you that it really does work.

I was 219lbs and I don’t know how fat. Now, I’m about 221lbs after about one month and my waist is about 1.5″ smaller…

The best part about this is that if you take 2 servings it is like 50 some odd grams of protein but only like 10 calories. So, you are getting less calories, but all the protein you will need! It seems mind-boggling I know… but I have become a FULL believer in not only this product but this company over the last several months. So, lose fat and keep/add your muscle… it is awesome.
