I Survived Huel | Alternative Food Review

What is it?
1. Short for human fuel
2. Meal replacement that you can just add water too
3. The protein/meal is completely plant base so if you are vegan it’s great if you’re thinking about going vegan this is where I would start.
4. It’s a great way to save money and time!
5. This is great for when you are on the go. Keeps you from overindulging on crap like Harold’s Chicken/Marianos/Lou Malanties

What I did?
1. I’ve been using this product for about 4 months now
2. Initially, I was eating this for breakfast lunch and dinner
3. It was great because I didn’t have to prepare food, just add a few scoops with some water and be on my way.
4. 3 scoops contain about 500 calories.
5. Supposedly it has all the nutritional value you need to be a high-speed machine.
6. From personal experience, I didn’t feel short in any of my energy levels. I felt great actually
7. I did however feel a little empty.
8. I started miss chewing food actually
9. Yah it was quick and easy but i wanted to chew!
10. Now I just replace my lunch with the product.

What’s in my Huel
1. It actually tastes great with just adding water
2. If you want to add flavor or even some extra calories fruit is always a tasty option. I myself enjoy bananas and peanut butter in it.
3. There are a ton more recipes you can try on their website but ain’t nobody got time for that. (not me anyway)

Who’s it for?
1. This product is great for regulating your caloric intake
2. If you’re trying to lose weight you know exactly how many scoops you will need being that every scoop is around 500 calories
3. You want to add weight, add more scoops!
4. I’ve gained and lost with this product. I train a lot so it wasn’t a bad gain but my pants did get tighter.
