Keto Box Product Review – Keto Subscription Service

I’m this video, I review the contents of the Keto Box, which is a keto subscription service like some of the ones that already exist. Most of the items in the box are a no go, but Mission Meats, Choc Zero, and Crazy Go Nuts are the standouts. My main issue with a lot of these boxes is that they’re full of sweetened snacks and “keto junk food”. If we’re truly trying to improve our health & our relationship with food, it just doesn’t make sense to keep eating what we used to eat, even if it’s been “ketofied”.
