Find the 7 tips for a healthy headspace at www.headspace.org.au/tips. headspace is the National Youth Mental Health Foundation, and is funded by the Australian Government Department of Health.

These tips are part of a campaign for headspace day, a national day of support for the mental health and wellbeing of all young Australians. On this day we acknowledge that life has its challenges but young people are resilient, and with the right support and tools they can build and manage their mental health and wellbeing.
