Onnit Fatbutter Product Review – Paleo & Keto Friendly snack nut butter

Today I am reviewing the new line of products from Onnit – their fatbutters. I love these nut butters! 2 of them are unsweetened and delicious—the almond and the peanut—which both have macadamias, organic chia seeds, organic coconut oil and pink Himalayan salt. The snickerdoodle & chocolate hazelnut are both sweetened, but minimally, which is refreshing. Just a little stevia and only 1g of erythritol per 2 tbsp. As a bonus, I reviewed their Total Daily Keto product which is an exogenous ketone supplement. We don’t really have those, but they may be a good option for people just starting their ketogenic diet, or someone who is on a ketogenic diet and in a large caloric deficit–in this case you can use this product as a pre-workout combined with caffeine.
