Onnit Keto Box & Supplements Product Review

Happy Monday! Today I wanted to share my thoughts on my favorite Onnit supplements. I have been using them since December and honestly, I feel great.

Keto boxes and similar subscription services are popping up left and right nowadays, and I have been less than impressed by most–it ends up being a bunch of keto snacks and desserts that do not really help us sensitize our palates to the savory flavors of real, nourishing food. That being said, this one is pretty darn good–more than half of the products here were at least acceptible in my opinion, depending on the type of low carb diet you are following.
