As you might notice, I have got so many pacifiers everywhere. What do you think they are for?
Pacifier exercise! Just hold opposite side of pacifier long time. By using lip muscles here, you naturally train all the facial muscles. Do you know why? Muscles around lips are connected to all the areas of the face. So just by training lip muscles, all the other facial muscles are trained. Lip muscles are like core in the whole face.
While working on computer
While cooking
While watching TV
While doing big job
While taking shower
If you have a habit to breath from mouth, actually holding pacifier in mouth is a great way to force nose breathing.
If you put this everywhere, it’s easy to make it a habit. If it’s not easily accesable, you don’t do it. It’s important to change the environment when you want to make a new habit.
My friend came here the other day, and she was wondering why there are so many pacifiers everywhere. It’s so weird, I know, but I don’t care. I really want to take care of myself in natural ways, so don’t bother what others say. Believe in yourself, and just do it.
