This is a very advanced book – a very challenging, but fun read, and it will definitely improve your reading, technique and ear training,
Lots of Bebop techniques in here – enclosures, chromaticism, anticipations, etc. (I played these samples fairly slow – believe me, these take lots of practice!)

There are also backing tracks in 3 different tempos.
