Here’s my whole journey with the review of the Rec Tec Bullseye 380 (Entry Level) Wood Pellet Smoker which I used to make one of the juiciest and flavorful smoked Briskets that I ever had

In this video, you’ll see how the Rec Tec smoker stacks up next to my other smokers

BTW, I used a simple rub: 7 parts pepper, 2 parts salt and 1 part garlic powder

I expected to cook it at 200-225 degrees (F) and wrap it when done cooking
