In this video, I review the Rogue Fitness MG – 4CN Narrow Multi – Grip Camber Bar.

This is the first bar I’ve purchased in 3 years. I’m glad I didn’t get the first Rogue Multi Grip Bar, but when the narrow design was released, I knew it was only a matter of time before Rogue pulled me out of my barbell bench press retirement. Overall the bar is great, but there is one flaw.
