With the success of the first SAFEME, we created another version geared around automotive safety. Learn about chemicals, eyewash stations, working with tires, basic electricity and more.
Washington Retail Association created SAFEME as a way of improving entry-level worker safety. Statistics show that there is a need for entry-level workers to get better basic safety training as they begin to join the workforce. They lack experience and training making them more prone to accidents. The SAFEME app provides a method where these workers can get basic safety certificates to take to their current or potential employer, showing that they can be safer for that employer. You can also use this as refresher courses for any worker! The younger worker gets their information digitally these days and this undertaking is the development of a free mobile web app that you can find in iTunes or Google Play stores.
