We’re back again with a wine and food pairing … sort of! Today we’re preference testing a non alcoholic beverage: Töst. This non alcoholic beverage is constructed from white tea, cranberry, and ginger, and my goodness is it bubbly. And reasonably priced. I intended to give a non-alcoholic wine a shot, especially as an active ingredient in a mocktail dish, and then attempt the non alcoholic drinks with some treats.

Things initially, we have to taste test! It’s the only way to offer a non alcohol review. I was so excited to attempt Töst. Firstly, due to the bubbles! There are many bubbles! I needed to recap the container because I hesitated to make such a mess.
