Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show 2018

The Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show is an annual fashion show sponsored by Victoria’s Secret, an American brand of lingerie and sleepwear. Victoria’s Secret uses the show to promote and market its goods in high-profile settings. The show featured some of the world’s leading fashion models, such as Adriana Lima, Candice Swanepoel, Behati Prinsloo, Lais Ribeiro, Elsa Hosk, Jasmine Tookes, Sara Sampaio, Martha Hunt, Taylor Hill, Stella Maxwell, Romee Strijd, and Josephine Skriver. Lily Aldridge missed this year’s show due to her pregnancy. The 2018 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show was taped in New York City at the Pier 94, on November 8. The show featured musical performances by Shawn Mendes, Rita Ora, The Chainsmokers, Bebe Rexha, Halsey, Leela James, Kelsea Ballerini, and The Struts.[1]

The show was broadcast in the United States on ABC, which previously aired the show’s television premiere in 2001. Victoria’s Secret ended its partnership with CBS, which aired 15 of the brand’s shows from 2002 to 2017. Similarly, in Canada, the show was broadcast on CTV instead of Global. For the first time, the show had 7 main segments and one “Thank You” segment for Adriana Lima, for her final appearance on the show. Lima retired from Victoria’s Secret after 20 years of being an Angel.[2] Angel Elsa Hosk was wearing The Dream Angels Fantasy Bra worth $1,000,000 designed by Swarovski.
