I discovered a friend of mine has asthma and I know a few people with this problem. I cured my asthma completely using diet, homeopathy, and lifestyle changes. The following is a great deal of information on how to heal asthma. It takes dedication and work, and it is so worth it! I haven’t used an inhaler in over 35 years. A quick fix for a light flare-up is having a cup of coffee without dairy… coconut milk from a can is amazing or black is fine too. It helps open the airways. I did this myself, and it helped a friend when she didn’t have her puffer on her. I think there is way too much information for one video, so my plan is a mini asthma series. This is good timing as the cold often exacerbates this problem. I will post all my info in the description for each video in case you want it all now!
Start an asthma healing diet, I recommend removing all dairy, gluten, and even grains if possible, all seed and vegetable oils and sugar from your diet. Make sure you are eating at least some animal protein and mostly non-starchy vegetables. Butter is ok. Avoid all refined and concentrated sugars and reduce or temporarily eliminate fresh fruit sugars. For a more detailed approach, you can find a great keto diet practitioner, or I can guide you with a more tailored shift. Clearing emotions can be a very important part of the healing process for asthma. I can do zoom or phone emotion clearing, or you can find your own practitioner, or you can even learn to do it yourself. All you need to learn is a muscle testing technique with which you are comfortable or learn how to use a pendulum. I teach dowsing with a pendulum as well.
