All-natural wellness products are essential for numerous Canadians to maintain and improve their health and wellness, but Health and wellness Canada’s brand-new policies are putting the future of these trusted items in danger.

Health Canada intends to regulate natural health items in the same way as chemical medicines. Already, Health Canada has reclassified natural health and wellness products as “healing items” in areas 500-504 of Bill C-47, placing them in the same group as pharmaceutical drugs. This change brings in brand-new costs, penalties, and restrictions that numerous all-natural health and wellness item firms won’t have the ability to survive.

There’s hope! Expense C-368, if passed, will reverse sections 500-504 of Bill C-47, and reinstate the previous laws that regulated all-natural wellness products.
