Honey=1 tea spoon
Pour 250gram of lemon juice in a jar.Add 5 sea shells in it.close the jar tightly and leave it for 2 days so that sea shells are dissolved into the lemon juice.
Add 1 Teaspoon of lemon and cipi mixture and 1 teaspoon of honey in 1 glass of luke warm water.Drink it Daily.
Luke warm Water=1 Glass
Apple cider vinegar=1 teaspoon
Cinemon Powder=Less than a pinch
Add all the above INGREDIENTS in 1 Glass of Luke warm water.
Drink 1st Drink for 1st ten days and 2nd Drink for next 5 Days.
The Drinks are enogh but if you want rapid weight loss you can also follow the following diet plan
=1 Day 1KG Apples
=2 Day 1 and Half KG Apples
=3 Day 2KG Apples
=4Day 2KG Apples
5=Day 1 and half KG Apples
6=Day 1Kg Apples
Your main focus should be on the Apple diet but in case you feel hungry then you can follow anything from the diet plan discussed below.
