Liz and I had some dinner Friday night at the Uva Bar in Downtown Disney, and I have to say we were more than a little surprised by how much we enjoyed the food! It’s a Spanish and Mediterranean themed restaurant and it’s a delightful change of pace from typical sandwiches and burgers.
