Train 18 also known as Vande Bharat Express, equipped with modern facilities and world-class amenities like automatic doors, sliding footsteps, wi-fi entertainment system, CCTV cameras, LED lights, rotating chairs for executive class, GPS based passenger information system, bio-vacuum toilets as are in Flights.

The train has 16-coach, 2 Executive class and 14 chair car coaches.

At present the train covers a distance of 769 kilometers from New Delhi Railway Station to Varanasi Junction in around eight hours at a speed of 130 Kmph. It just has two stops – Kanpur Central and Allahabad Junction.

Soon it going to be started on three new routes,
Bengaluru – Mangaluru,
Mangaluru – Chennai
Mangaluru – Hyderabad

Vande Bharat Express Timings :

Runs five days out of seven days – Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

From NDLS to BSB – 22436 at 6 am & reaches Varanasi by 2 pm.
From BSB to NDLS – 22435 at 3 pm & reaches New Delhi by 11 pm.
